COVID-19 FAQs

Saxon Shoes is happy to still be open during the COVID-19 pandemic; however; the safety of our customers and employees is still our top priority. In order to reduce the spread of COVID-19, and any risk to our customers and/or employees, we are implementing continuous enhanced cleaning and safety protocols based on guidelines provided by the CDC and U.S. government.

PROTECTION

Wearing masks is mandatory for our team members in all common areas. Additionally, team members will have daily temperature checks.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

To keep our customers and team members safe throughout our stores, we practice proper social distancing at all times. And, for the foreseeable future, we will be a handshake-free zone.

CLEANING AND SANITIZING

Our stores are cleaned every day in order to keep our customers and employees safe.
Additionally, our team members will continue using hand sanitizer, along with regular and frequent handwashing.

CURBSIDE PICKUP AVAILABLE

For increased safety and protection, curbside pickup is available to all customers.
